There is an increasing call for farmers to grow legumes and lentils and other plant-based foods. And to be part of creating more healthy and sustainable food environments. But how can the farmers make the transition into a whole new line of production, a new value-chain, new buyers and a new market. And still have a business case?
This webinar gives you the chance to meet a Danish farmer that has made a transition into organic legumes and lentils, and the network in the Danish farmers organisation that supported him.
Registration is free : register using this link
In one hour we aim to learn and inspire, and cover subjects such as: What can we learn from plant based value chains in Denmark? How to grow from idea to market reality?
Who is needed to build plant based value chains? What form of cooperation could facilitate the development of these value chains?
We convene on Monday 15th of June, 11.00-12.00 am.

Before the webinar you can watch this
short video about Bælgkompagniet.
