Run
Running with purpose
Running is popular. Everyone knows someone who has been bitten by the running virus. The fact that this microbe is spreading quickly is reflected in the increasing popularity of running events, such as (half) marathons, the 10 miles and trails. Companies are also signing up as a team, often running for a good cause. And top managers challenge themselves in the marathon. Yet people sometimes experience a barrier to participate, or they start far too enthusiastically and end up injured or overtrained in the physiotherapist's waiting room. That's a shame. Because running events can be a really strong target for companies. Both in terms of team building and for the individual welfare.

My story, as an inspiring talk

Ask a long-distance runner about his or her motivation, and chances are real that you'll be busy for the rest of the day. There are plenty of reasons to run weekly, even daily. I gladly share my personal story. It is a very diverse story, in which anyone with running shoes or the desire to start running will probably recognize something. In consultation with you, we determine which accents will be discussed during the talk. A number of perspectives are:
Running and efficiency
The power of setting goals together
The marathon
Running (together) for charity
Running and wellbeing
Coaching
Let's go!

Running events are a great opportunity to live towards together as a company or organization. Everyone can prepare at his or her own pace. A standard trajectory looks like this:
Introduction call
Keynote : Running with a purpose
Standard training plans for different levels
Online follow up
Mid-term evaluation or interactive session

The art of running

Do you want to combine a running event with art? That's possible. I work with artist Santina Chirulli. Based on my book, she made a number of inspiring artworks about running in nature. You can lend one or more works of art.
Running is a sport. There is no doubt about that. But for many seasoned long-distance runners, running is also a form of language, a way of expressing where words fail.
I entered into a dialogue about this with artist Santina Chirulli. Santina went to work on the first draft of 'my journey as a marathoner' in her painting studio. This resulted in a number of works of art.
A few references
