Processing Purposes
Run & Harvest collects and processes personal data of customers for customer and order management (including customer administration, tracking orders/deliveries, invoicing, monitoring solvency, profiling, and sending marketing and personalized advertising).
Legal Grounds for Processing
Personal data is processed based on Article 6.1 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- (a) Consent,
- (b) Necessary for the performance of a contract,
- (c) Necessary to comply with a legal obligation,
- (f) Necessary for the legitimate interest of the company.
If personal data is processed based on Article 6.1(a) consent, the customer has the right to withdraw this consent at any time.
Sharing Data with Third Parties
If necessary to achieve the stated purposes, customer personal data may be shared with other companies within the European Economic Area that are directly or indirectly associated with Run & Harvest or with any other partner of Run & Harvest.
Run & Harvest ensures that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
Retention Period
Personal data processed for customer management will be retained for the period required to comply with legal obligations (including accounting requirements).
Rights of Access, Correction, Deletion, Restriction, Objection, and Data Portability
Customers have the right to:
- Access their personal data,
- Correct inaccuracies or incomplete data,
- Request deletion of their personal data,
- Restrict the processing of their personal data,
- Object to the processing of their personal data based on Article 6.1(f), including profiling.
Additionally, customers have the right to receive a copy of their personal data (in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format) and to transfer it to another company.

Direct Marketing
Customers have the right to object, free of charge, to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.
