Sustainable food on the agenda
Sustainable food is on everyone’s mind. We want food that is tasty and healthy, and also good for the environment. Three times a day we try to make the right choice. Labels and information campaigns should help us.
But the reality is that more and more people are getting lost in the search for ‘good food’.
The statistics confirm that we are failing to find the right path as a society. The balance is lost, the scales are tilting. Science and common sense help us find the balance again.

I give keynotes for companies, organizations, governments and associations. Sustainable food is a very broad theme. Together, we will agree on which angles you would like to address, and how much interaction is desired.
